This little Harlequin painting is done with tube acrylics on 6" x 12" canvas board. I know she's not great but she is colourful. I've also used some metallic paints the red is metallic copper, I also used Raw Umber, green gold (metallic). On her face I did a top coat liquid acrylic called "pearlzing". The diamonds in her outfit are copper and green gold mixed with black. I also used the pearlzing on the background here and there to fire it up. It was so much fun using all these beautiful, gaudy colours.

Harlequin
